Does anyone know where & when the Bucks County All Star Game will take place?
I think CD will have a good team with Issah, Scales and Lavia back. I talk to a player a couple of days ago and said this year’s team will be better then last year’s team. It has a lot of potential.
I would look at Downingtown East to have a good year. 3 possibly 4 kids with D1A Scholarship offers. Lauletta (QB), Harris (WR), and Lucas-Murphy (ILB). I think Griffin (DT) will possibly getting an offer too. Keep an eye on this team in the Chestmont.

The schedules are on this website. Go to the the top of this page under “team info”, then “2012 team schedules” , then you can take it from there.
Not all team schedules are complete yet. Some are partial, but many are complete. Ex.: North Penn’s schedule only has 8 of the 10 games they play, their 2nd & 3rd games aren’t listed yet.
Not sure if maxpreps is better, but these guys here are constantly updating the schedules as they receive more info.

Does anybody know, where is the best place to check for schedules for the upcoming season? Maxpreps.com or is there a better option?
@ Jack, i agree with you about whoever comes out of d2 aaa will play wood in eastern final. Dallas has a very good qb and of line but lost a lot of weapons on of except a quality receiver who will be double teamed. Berwick will be the darkhorse this year as the c.j curry era at qb starts. has potential to be a very good qb. Scranton Prep, Coughlin, and Valley View will be in the hunt also. 2012 season will have a lot of great games.

You are right, NP will play anyone , might lose, but will go after the best teams out there.
They only got the first 3 game of the year to do this , and really only 2 of those games can they invite. One of them is locked into playing lansdale Catholic, cross-town rival.Should they be playing LC?………….. No! It’s a AA school.
Several years ago they tried to get Gateway in early part of schedule. Fell thru, I heard Gateway didn’t wanna play ( maybe travel issues).
Up until last year, they scimmaged Don Bosco for years. Got to play the best to be the best.
@philly boy curry been gone from wyoming valley west for years they had some nice player last year one is going to penn state but the program has struggled the last few years and i apologize Dallas does have a nice team coming back in aaa wouldnt be suprised to see valley view and dallas again in the final but their a lot of football to be played we all need to remember your talking about kids
I don’t know if it will be Dallas coming out of D2. They have the players, but they also have a new coach. QB is back and healthy. Line of scrimmage is experienced and huge. It all comes down to coaching. Berwick, Pittston, Coughlin, all are looking strong. Can’t wait till kickoff.

Wood has not been dominant enough yet to justify moving to AAAA. They had a very good team last year but that was only 1 year. They had a peak team last year so I expect them to come back to earth a little bit as they lost many key players to graduation. …..regarding N Penn, you got to give them their props. They definitely do not duck anybody at the beginning of the year. They’ll rumble with any team out there.
@ Buddy. The are definitely playing. NP goes LaSalle, Wood and SJ Prep then into league play.
I heard a rumor that Wood & North Penn are trying to line up a game this year. It would have to be either the 2nd or 3rd game of the season. Then NP gets into their league schedule.

Who ever comes out of district 2 in AAA will go to the Eastern final. ACC is done for a while not much else in D11 AAA. D4 and those districts they play in the sub-region stink. So if it is Dallas I would imagine they will be losing to Wood in the Eastern Final. 3A in the western part of the bracket isn’t as easy because of McD, the WPIAL, and ECP. But I would imagine we will see Wood most certainly from the east and McD from the west. That could be the 3A state title game for a few years. Any Philly people think Wood will have the stones to move to 4A they absolutely will be able to compete.
Just curious, isn’t there also a Wyoming Valley West team out there that has the old Berwick coach at the helm? I thought they were a decent AAAA program from that general area.
Dont cout out Dallas from D2, they have an all star qb and a few line man that are huge.
del valley is about the only team from d 2 that can make some noise they have a all star qb and strong o line valley view is strong but not deep enough d 2 will be strong at the aa and a level

Wyoming Area is a AA school, so they are no threat whatsoever to any LVC team.
I don’t know much about them, but it seems like it will be a very down year in the LVC so maybe they can this year break through.
Do you think they could take out the D11 champ in the state playoffs? At the AAAA level, the D11 champ always seems to win that subregional.
WYOMING AREA IN D2 WYOMING VALLEY CONFERNCE SHOULD BE TOP DOG LOADED WITH LOTS OF TALENT THEY HAVE A LOT MORE THEN JUST OBRIEN
