Regular Hours
Monday-Friday: 3-8:30, Saturday: 10-1pm

Summer hours:
Monday- Friday: 11-3:00pm, 5-8:30pm, Saturday: by appointment only

  • Youth, high school, collegiate, adult programs
    – sessions run 1.5-2 hours.
    – 2x per week minimum for lower body speed/vertical jump development.
    – 3-4x per week for upper body and lower body speed/vertical jump development. 
  • Team Training
    – You can bring your team over to Corexcell’s facility to train on site or we can design a program for your team to do at your school’s gym. 
  • Internet based Individual Programs
    – We will design a personalized program based on your sports needs.  Videos of our exercises will be displayed on our website. 
  • NFL or MLB Combine Preparation
    – (8-12 weeks long). 4x per week.  2 hour morning session. Followed by a 2 hour evening session.
  • Professional Level Training Programs
    – (8-12 weeks long). 4x per week.  2 hour morning session. Followed by a 2 hour evening session.

  • Athletes will enhance their speed, vertical jump, flexibility, coordination, balance, strength, and Power. 
  • Athletes will be tested individually at the start and throughout the program to assess weaknesses, customize programs, and monitor improvement. 
  • Correct biomechanical movement patterns will be instructed specific to each athlete’s sport. 
  • Muscle imbalances and weaknesses will be pinpointed and corrected to prevent injury and to maximize performance. 
  • Mental stamina and toughness will be elevated through a fun and challenging training routine. Self-confidence to perform under pressure will be enhanced. 
  • Programs will change frequently to challenge each athlete’s individual ability. Boredom and muscle stagnation are factored out of our training.  
  • Diets will be evaluated and improved through proper nutritional education and monitoring.

– Vertical jump 26” to 29” in 3 weeks
– Bench Press 225 lbs. 14 times to 17 times in 3 weeks
– 1Rep Max Bench Press 320 lbs. to 355 lbs. in 8 weeks

Jake Hungarter (Bethlehem Catholic Basketball team)
– Vertical jump 21” to 27” in 3 weeks

Ryan Dieter
– Vertical jump 19” to 32” in 15 weeks

Ryan Anderson (Bethlehem Catholic Basketball team)
– Vertical jump 21” to 27” in 6 weeks

Logan Marshall (Lehigh University Baseball)
– Vertical Jump 19” to 29” /  40 yard dash from 5.8 sec to 5.0 sec / 1Rep Max Bench Press 195 lbs. to 265 lbs. in 14 weeks

Ernie Steigler (Parkland Baseball)
– Vertical Jump 19” to 24” / 40 yard dash from 5.9 sec. to 5.5 sec in 6 weeks.
