Catasauqua, March 12, 2024: The Catasauqua Area School District is thrilled to announce the appointment of Mr. Joseph Henrich as the new Varsity Head Football Coach, following unanimous approval by the school board during Tuesday night’s meeting.

With a background in both playing and coaching at the collegiate level, Coach Henrich brings a wealth of experience to our program. Having served as the defensive coordinator at multiple high schools within the East Penn Conference, and notably as the varsity Head Football Coach and Defensive Coordinator at Bethlehem Catholic High School from 2011 to 2020, Coach Henrich is well-equipped to lead our student-athletes.

Coach Henrich’s vision extends beyond the field; he is dedicated to fostering the holistic development of our student-athletes, emphasizing both academic excellence and athletic achievement. Under his leadership, we look forward to a culture grounded in
accountability, discipline, and teamwork resulting in a consistently competitive football program.

We are thrilled to welcome Coach Joseph Henrich to our Catasauqua family. His proven track record and commitment to the success of student-athletes make him an ideal fit for our program. We are excited about the future of Catasauqua football under his
