The Crusaders are very highly regarded in the AAA classification this year, and many feel Bishop McDevitt is the top team in the state in this classification.  With Bowling Green commit Matt Johnson (4,984 career passing yards, 59 TD) and Pitt commit Jameel Poteat (3,114 career rush yards, 45 TD), it would be easy to stop there.  In addition to Poteat and Johnson, FB/LB Sean Barowski is also back, as is junior DE Noah Spence (12 D-1 offers; 50 tackles, 7 sacks as a sophomore) and sophomore K Connor Maloney (73 PATs).  McDevitt needs to replace a talented wide receiver corps, as well as spots on the offensive and defensive lines.  The skill McDevitt returns is certainly formidable.  Get a solid OL paving the way, and the team that has amassed more than 10,000 yards of offense and averaged more than 40 points per game in the last two seasons combined could be downright lethal.
