Coaches’ comment: In the 2024 season, Rex grew as a quarterback and a leader after learning from Derek Gibney his Freshman year. His understanding of the offense and getting a grasp on the speed of the game drastically improved throughout the season. Rex’s work ethic in the offseason is truly showing how bad he wants to improve and grow as an athlete. I expect Rex to have a breakout year offensively with 10 games under his belt.
