Valley View / Lackawanna Trail is still kings of the LFC jungle, both are the only two undefeated teams left in the Lackawanna Football Conference at 6-0.

At Clark’s Summit (aka the pit)

Facing a 14-7 halftime deficit to the bruising Abington Heights Comets, the Cougars came out ready to Preserve their undefeated record. Head Coach Scot Wasilchak said, “I told them we weren’t going to change the game plan they had to make a decision, did they want to be 6-0 or 5-1 ? “.

Lots of players stepped up for VV, Camryn Higgins led the rushing attack for Valley View with 221 yards and one touchdown on 32 Carries.

As a team, the Cougars ran 61 times for 351 yards and five touchdowns. Zach Cwalinski added a pair of rushing touchdowns in the third quarter to seal the deal for Valley View keeping the Cougars record perfect.
