2025 Offensive Outlook: The Pottsgrove Falcons enter the 2025 football season with high expectations, looking to build on the momentum of last year’s 7-4 campaign that culminated in a trip to the District 1 Class 5A playoffs. Under the direction of head coach Bill Hawthorne, now entering his eighth season, the Falcons are primed for another strong showing in the always-competitive PAC Frontier Division.

Fueling that optimism is a talented and experienced backfield that returns all of its starters. Senior quarterback Chase Hawthorne brings composure and playmaking ability in his second year under center, providing leadership and stability to the offense. He’s joined by dynamic two-way standout Isaiah Rivera and last season’s leading rusher, Mikhi Dargan. Both Rivera and Dargan are capable of grinding out tough yards or breaking off explosive runs, making them a dangerous tandem.

The backfield depth doesn’t stop there. Chase Wiley adds burst and physicality, while Kevin Robinson brings a shifty, elusive style that keeps defenses guessing. Together, this unit gives Pottsgrove one of the most versatile and deep backfields in the conference.

In the passing game, senior Deymien Doctor returns as a trusted target. He’ll be joined by Jackson Wescoat, Brady Funk, and the Lucci twins—Jacob and Ryan—who all contribute versatility and depth to the Falcons’ receiving corps.

Up front, the offensive line is anchored by senior Finlay Tabor and rising sophomore Nolan Coons. The duo provides a combination of experience, strength, and leadership in the trenches, which will be crucial to the offense’s success.

The Falcons also anticipate immediate contributions from several promising newcomers, including Marquise White, Alex McArdle, and the Lucci brothers. With a balanced roster of veteran leadership and emerging talent, Pottsgrove is focused on taking the next step and making another deep postseason run.

2025 Defensive Outlook: Graduation hit the 2025 Pottsgrove Falcon defensive football unit pretty hard, as the Falcons return only four starters. However, there is enough talent to build upon the success of last year’s defensive effort .

2025 Special Teams Outlook: The Falcons will be young, but we are very excited about the upcoming talent. Only Deymein Doctor returns as the punter, so both kicking positions will need to be won in camp.
