Multi-Purpose Player of the Week:
-Sya’mir Jackson (West Catholic – Sr. – WR/DB)- The Burrs’ playmaker made an impact on both sides of the ball in their important win over Carroll, 22-15. Using his blend of skill and craftiness, he made 6 catches for 102 yards and two touchdowns (28 & 19 yards). Defensively, he notched five solo tackles and added an interception.
Tri-Spectacular in Defeat:
-Makel Razor (Neuman-Goretti – Frosh. – DT/LB)- The Saints’ youngster had many moments, as witnessed by his game-high 15 tackles (8 solos). He also added a fumble recovery and two TFL’s in his team’s defensive setback versus Lansdale Catholic.
