No. 1 St. Joseph’s Prep continues to prove why it deserves its No. 1 ranking in Pennsylvania and No. 7 national ranking in the High School Football America 100. The Hawks knocked-off former No. 4 Archbishop Wood 49-14 in Philadelphia Catholic League play.

North Allegheny climbs three spots to No. 4. If the Tigers beat once-beaten West Allegheny this week, that will set-up the showdown for the WPIAL Class 6A championship against No. 3 Pine-Richland in the season finale.
For the first time this year, Downingtown West enters our statewide rankings that are created with our proprietary algorithm. The Whippets move into the PA Top 25 with a 28-7 win over former No. 15 Downingtown East, which drops to No. 25 this week.
