2023 Offensive Outlook: Play with confidence, take care of the football, and don’t hurt ourselves. We need to be able to run the football and have that allow us to open up some opportunities in the passing game. Stay healthy. I like our skill players and we have 3 returning OL. We need to find 2 OL and those 5 guys up front will be key to our success. We have enough depth at our skill positions that we should be able to rest guys and also be dynamic when on offense.

2023 Defensive Outlook: Play with confidence, communicate, and play as a unit. We have good speed on D overall and we have some tough kids. We should be pretty solid defensively if we can play with confidence, trust, and knowledge. We need to generate turnovers and get stops in big situations. Need to be much better on 3rd and 4th and long situations.

2023 Special Teams Outlook: Win special teams. Play smart but play hungry. Find nonstarters that want to impact the game.
