The 6-foot-4, 187-pound Minersville Area standout brings tremendous versatility as a kicker, punter, and wide receiver, along with the athleticism that comes from also competing in soccer and basketball.
Bowers put together an outstanding 2025 season, converting 92 of 99 extra points and 5 of 6 field-goal attempts with a long of 42 yards. He also handled punting duties, averaging 36 yards on 30 punts with a long of 48 and five kicks downed inside the 20. On kickoffs, he recorded 32 touchbacks on 147 attempts.
His consistency has earned him All-Area, All-County, and SCFCA All-Area honors in both his sophomore and junior seasons, along with All-State recognition as a junior. Already a three-year varsity starter, Bowers has also made Minersville history with 107 career kicking points, the most in program history.
With his size, 4.55 speed, strong leg, and ability to contribute in multiple phases of the game, Bowers is a valuable weapon and one of the top specialists to watch during the 2026 season.
