2025 Offensive Outlook: We will be running a new offense so it is important for us to learn the basics of the offense and have the players play with confidence. We will want to control the line of scrimmage with the running game while mixing in play action passes. We will try and utilize our returning skill players and get them the ball often. A key will be how quickly our offensive line can progress and play as a unit.
2025 Defensive Outlook: We will be running a new defense so the most important thing will be to get the players to understand the defensive scheme and play fast. We will play multiple fronts and vary our coverages. The goal of our defense will be to eliminate explosive plays, create turnovers and tackle effectively. It will be important for the defense to be disciplined and play as a unit. We want to play be aggressive and play physical.
2025 Special Teams Outlook: Special Teams should be solid this year. We return two returners from last year. Our K/P is a Division 1 recruit. Our goal this year is to control field position with our kicking game while limiting explosive plays and eliminating mistakes in the kicking game.
