Thomas McKean High School in Wilmington, Delaware is looking for an experienced OL/DL Coach. Potential for more for the right candidate i.e. Strength & Conditioning Coordinator, Run Game Coordinator, College Recruiting Coordinator. Young coaches with college playing experience are encouraged to apply, staff has experience in developing young coaches. Our staff has coached in back-to-back state semifinals with another program. McKean will play a very competitive schedule and we are also returning 11 seniors including 6 on the OL/DL. This is a stipend position NOT tied to a teaching contract, but there are openings within the district. Must get Delaware Clearances in Child Abuse and a Delaware Criminal background check.
