School of the Future High School (District 12 – Class 4A) is currently seeking dedicated and motivated football coaches to join our program for the upcoming season. We have multiple paid coaching positions available and are looking for individuals who are passionate about developing student-athletes both on and off the field.

- Defensive Coordinator
- Running Backs (RB) Coach
- Offensive Line (OL) Coach
- Defensive Line (DL) Coach
- Linebackers (LB) Coach
Qualifications
- Prior football coaching experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Commitment to player development, discipline, and academic success
- Ability to work collaboratively within a structured football program
Required Clearances
All candidates must possess or be able to obtain:
- PA State Criminal Background Check
- PA Child Abuse Clearance
- FBI Fingerprint Criminal Background Check
Compensation
