Times: Saturdays 11:00-12:00pm

Where: FASST Performance 1642 Route 309 S, Quakertown, PA

Cost: 8 Sessions for $195

Athletes participating in our program will work with former West Virginia and Bethlehem Catholic star, Adam Bednarik on:

– Drops and Footwork

– Release and throwing mechanics

– QB specific upper body flexibility and strength training

– Leadership and mental components of the quarterback position

FASST Football Academy Darnell Stapleton Youth Lineman Clinic

When: Saturday March 17th 12:30-2:00pm

Where: FASST Performance 1642 Route 309 South, Quakertown PA

Who: Any youth football lineman ages 8-12 looking to improve their football skills

Cost: $35

FASST and the FASST Football Academy are excited to present the Darnell Stapleton FASST Football Academy Youth Lineman Clinic. This program is for any youth football looking to improve their football skill during the off-season. Darnell is regarded as one of the finest line coaches in the country and works with college players who are looking to continue their careers in the NFL. Be a part of this unique opportunities and learn the tips that enabled Darnell to earn a superbowl ring with the 2009 Pittsburgh Steelers.

– Stance (3 point and 2 point stance)
– Run Blocks (Base Drive/ Reach Block/ Pulls/ Traps)
– Pass Pro (Footwork/ Target/ Hand Placement)
– Second Level Blocks on LB’s
– One on One’s (Unpadded working half a man focus on moving feet)
