Keith Oates, East Pennsboro set a new single-season school record for passing 2,064 yards. He broke the previous record by Austin “AJ” Wilson, JR in 2011, 1,996 yards.

Colm McGroaty, Mahanoy Area rushed for 241 yards breaking the career rushing record at Mahanoy Area. He broke Ziggy Dudash’s (1997 to 1999) record of 4,033 yards. He now has 4,134 yards and counting.

Josh Smith, Mechanicsburg set a single-season school record for touchdowns receiving in a season, with 16.

Central York head coach Gerry Yonchiuk reached into the oldest bag of tricks he could find, pulled out a play, then sent out a kicking T and Matthew Parker to attempt what is almost never even thought of let alone done. Parker hit a 54-yard free kick. It’s called a “fair catch kick” in the NFL. A reporter by PaFootballnews.com said this kick was a national record.
