Q. What are the key things we should know about your offense?

A. We lost seven starters from a year ago, but I am extremely excited about the young guys we have!

We will have a sophomore starting at quarterback in either Brycen Mussina or Nate Ripley.  We have a division I prospect in Wyatt Entz who will play tight end, split end, and fullback.

Keith Batkowski, Aidan Plants, and Nolan Ott will be our tailbacks splitting time.

Curtis Miller is our most experienced player on offense playing both split end & slot.

 

Q. What are the key things we should know about your defense?

A. Our defense is a different story.  Although we lost two All-Star/ WNEP Dream Team safeties in Alex Erb & Cameron Ott, we return several defensive linemen with experience as well as two Inside linebackers with experience.

Logan McKeag is a dominant Mike linebacker.  He has started there since his freshman year and we look for him to have an all-state type of year.

Wyatt Entz & Holden Lodge both received all conference honors at defensive end and Ben Cerney & Mike Signor return to play defensive tackles.

Curtis Miller & Keith Batkowski return as defensive backs from a year ago, and Kyle Lynch was a starting ILB for us  a year ago until he went down to injury week 3 last year, he returns this season.

 

Q. What are the key things we should know about your special teams? Who are your kick and punt returners? Who are your kicker and punter?

A. Curtis Miller is very explosive as a kick returner & punt returner.  This is part of the game we have been very average at and we look to improve on this year.

Not sure yet who will do our punting, but I have two kickers who are solid.  They play on the schools soccer team, but have committed a lot of time & effort into being very good place kickers.  Their names are Nick Russo and Zach Bair.
