Head Coach Mike Reichenbach Q&A

 

Q. What are the key things we should know about your offense?

A. We were young last year and gained some experience at the skill positions. We will be young and inexperienced on the OL but they work hard.

Our skill positions will be the guys that will have to make the plays:

Josh Reichenbach- Junior; 6’2” 185 lbs ; QB – He started as a Sophomore and is ready to step up into a larger role and lead the team with his run and passing ability.

Sam Heath- Senior- 6’1” 185 lbs; WR; Led team in receptions, yardage, and TD’s; Big play ability and starts at DB as well as one of the leading tacklers.

Doug Medvic- Senior- 5’11” 175 Lbs; WR – Leading tackler on defense and has sure hands on offense. Very dependable.

Zach Nester- Junior – 6’3” 200 lbs; OT – Best Offensive lineman with great feet, speed, and strength.

Stephen Shea –Senior- 5’11” 180lbs; RB – Will need to stay healthy to help the running game.

 

Q. What are the key things we should know about your defense?

A. Young and inexperienced but they work hard.

Sam Heath- Senior- 6’1” 185 lbs; DB as well as one of the leading tacklers.

Doug Medvic- Senior- 5’11” 175 Lbs;/DB – Leading tackler on defense and has sure hands on offense. Very dependable

Zach Nester- Junior – 6’3” 200 lbs; DE-   Good mobility and has big play potential on defense; Should have a big year

Dave Kellander  – Junior 5’11” 180 lbs- LB – gained good experience last year; If he continues to improve could have a solid year.

Stephen Shea- Senior 5’11” 180 lbs. LB-  If he can stay healthy he can have impact on Defense

 

Q. What are the key things we should know about your special teams? Who are your kick and punt returners? Who are your kicker and punter?

 A. Teams are young and inexperienced and need to mature to provide a consistent effort to help with the field position battle
