Brian Bowman was named the 12th head football coach at Central Dauphin East High School. The Central Dauphin School board voted unanimously, 9-0, to make Bowman the football program’s next head coach. Bowman replaces George Landis, who resigned from the post in November.

Landis served as head coach the last four seasons at East, compiling a 4-32 overall record. The Panthers were 1-9 last season.

Bowman was an assistant at Central Dauphin East last year. He previous coaching at Susquehanna Twp. and in Arizona.
