If you go to PA Football News, click on Computer Rankings, then D1, you will see this at the top of the chart:
It was decided by District 1 that games played after Nov 3 WILL NOT COUNT in the seeding ratings for playoffs. Power ratings will be based on nine weeks.
Could be why D1 points haven’t been updated but doesn’t address issue of games played tonight (Nov. 2).
