FASST, LLC presents the “Training Speed and Power in the Developing Athlete Clinic. This training clinic will teach the developing athlete the proper age specific progressions that will help enhance speed and power development. Special attention on body weight strength and motor patterns will be addressed during this two-day clinic. At this event, players and coaches will learn from our training staff that has trained over 18 track and field state champions, 22 All-State performers (football), 32 players selected to the Express Times All-Area Team (2008), and 3 state players of the year. If you’re looking to be the best and train with the best, this is the opportunity for you.
