Rylee earned first-team honors last season for his defensive play in the Liberty Division in the PAC. Rylee is a ball hawk as illustrated by his 8 INT’s over two years as well as a ferocious tackler who is a force in stopping the opponent’s run game. Howard emerged as a weapon on the offensive side of the ball late in the 2019 season as both a ball carrier and receiver. His multifaceted talents also highlight his play as a returner and cover-man in the kick game.
