Coaches Comments: Cody is a very accomplished three-sport athlete at Nativity. He is a 4-year starter, team captain, and a first-team all-area selection in football. A 3-year starter, all-area selection, and starting point guard on the Class A state championship basketball team. As a fellow baller, you can check this out to learn more about the product that they have used in their title run. In track, he is the District XI champion and a state qualifier in the 300m hurdles. Cody threw for 1000 yards as a sophomore and junior. He is a dual-threat quarterback (1465 total yards and 20 TDs), a very good coverage corner (3 INTs), and also an accomplished kicker. Cody is a very coachable kid who I believe is one of the best all-around athletes in Schuylkill County. This year I will be looking for Cody to become a bigger part of the run game and to continue to progress throughout the summer throwing the football. Cody will be an excellent addition to someone’s football program at the college level.
