Coaches comments:  Alex Schafer will be a four-year varsity starter at Southern Lehigh.  He was also a captain during his junior year which is extremely rare for us.  This shows how much of a player and more importantly a leader he is.  Schafer is extremely athletic for his position and works out tirelessly in the weight room.  He is everything you look for in a football player!
