Q. What are his strengths at Offensive Tackle?

A. He bends very well and has a good idea about the game. He’s very intelligent. He has good technique and great footwork.

He has the size and has good leverage and a great work ethic. He’s a great pass blocker and a good run blocker. He’s always working at getting better.

 

Q. What are his strengths on defense?

A. He’s an athletic kid for his size and understands what the offense is doing out there. He’s good at making adjustments and is good at rushing the passer.

 

Q. Final thoughts on Hayden?

A. He’s working really hard in the offseason to get stronger. When his brother is home he’s helping him with O-Line and D-Line drills.

He’s always working on technique drills.

He’s a driven kid. You don’t have to ask him to do something. He just does it.
