Coach’s Comment: Brady took over the quarterback duties last year and did an outstanding job anchoring our offense. He was incredibly efficient with the football and showed great composure by not forcing things. He is an incredible athlete who can make things happen with both his arm and his feet. Now that he has a full year of experience under his belt, he is only going to get better from under center.
Typically, we try to keep our starting QB off the field on defense, but an athlete like Brady is hard to keep on the sidelines. With his natural ability, he will definitely get some play at safety this fall, where he can really show off that athletic talent. He is going to be a big-time, impact player for us this season.
