High School Football Assistant Coaches Wanted 2 Positions Open.
Positions Needed: Defensive Backs Coach & Wide Receivers Coach. Volunteer Assistant Head Coach for Freshman Team (End of year compensation promised.)
Interboro Football is looking to add motivated, reliable, and energetic assistant coaches to our high school football staff for the upcoming season. We are currently seeking coaches with experience or interest in working withDefensive Backs and Wide Receivers.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coaching and developing student-athletes at the high school level
- Teaching position-specific fundamentals and techniques
- Assisting with practice planning, film review, and game preparation
- Supporting off-season workouts, summer training, and team events
- Helping build a positive, disciplined, and competitive football culture
- Serving as a strong role model for student-athletes on and off the field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous coaching or playing experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well within a staff structure
- Commitment to player development, accountability, and team success
- Must be able to complete all required school district clearances
Volunteer Coaches Wanted
Assistant Head Freshman Coach & Varsity Assistant Coach
Interboro Football is looking for dedicated volunteer coaches who want to be part of a growing high school football program. We are currently seeking candidates for the following volunteer positions:
- Assistant Head Freshman Coach
- Varsity Assistant Coach
These positions are ideal for individuals who are passionate about football, enjoy working with student-athletes, and want to help build a strong program from the freshman level through varsity football.
Responsibilities May Include:
- Assisting with freshman and varsity practices
- Helping teach fundamentals, technique, and team concepts
- Supporting player development and team organization
- Assisting with game-day responsibilities
- Helping promote discipline, toughness, teamwork, and accountability
- Supporting the overall mission and culture of Interboro Football
Preferred Qualifications:
- Coaching or playing experience preferred, but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong commitment to student-athlete development
- Ability to work with both freshman and varsity players
- Must be able to complete all required school district clearances
