Coach’s Comment: Ian became one of our most consistent offensive linemen last season from his center position. His high football IQ allows him to make all of our line calls and put our offense in the best position to succeed. In addition, Ian is one of the strongest players on our team, which makes him a physical presence in the trenches.
We are excited to see Ian take on a bigger role on the defensive line this season at defensive end. His combination of strength, athleticism, and toughness will create matchup problems for opposing offenses. Beyond football, Ian has also excelled in wrestling, capturing a league championship last year. His competitiveness and work ethic carry over into everything he does and make him an important leader for our program.
