Highlights of 2024: The 2024 Mountaineers finished the season 6-4 after winning their last three games of the season. The team was able to mature throughout the year and got better as the season went on. Unfortunately, the season ended after week 10 with us narrowly missing a second consecutive trip to the District 3 5A playoffs.

2025 Outlook: The 2025 Mountaineers return a strong nucleus on the defensive side the football. Seniors Daniel Mendoza, Alex Ortiz, and Jackson Nolt will create a strong defensive line. Linebackers Caleb Rice, Dustin Hoover, and Chase Prange had break out seasons in 2024 and look to pick up right where they left off. Austin Bryant, Aaron Young, and Aaden Shuman return with experience in the defensive backfield.
On offense the Mountaineers will look to the offensive line of Bryson Carpenter, Daniel Mendoza, Ian Ellis, Alex Ortiz, and Jackson Nolt to provide stability. The Mounts will be looking for a variety of skill players to make a big splash this year!
