Wyoming Seminary College Prep (Kingston, PA – NEPSAC Affiliate) is looking to hire a Coaching Intern for the upcoming season. We are preferably seeking a Linebackers coach with a potential Special Teams Coordinator tag based on experience. We are flexible and would be willing to work with the right candidate to find a better positional fit, if need be.
This position would include year-round housing and a meal plan during the academic year. Compensation would be based upon experience. There will be dorm responsibilities as well, including on-duty assignments as designated by the Director of Residence Life. Other part time work might be available on a case by case basis. This position would be ideal for someone looking to break into coaching at the collegiate level.
Responsibilities include:
- Coaching your own position
- Recruiting transfer, re-class, and post graduate student athletes as designated by the head coach.
- Uploading, intercutting, and breaking down practice and game film.
- Practice planning, including creating scout cards, scouting reports, and gameplan materials
- Meeting with college coaches who are recruiting our student athletes
- Dorm assignments as directed by the residence life staff
- Other duties as assigned by the head coach
