Coach’s comment: Joel is one of the most intense competitors who I have ever coached. He has the best instincts of any OLB that I have ever coached and also had a great season at running back last year, rushing for over 1,000 yards. We also really rely on the energy and intensity that he brings daily to workouts and the practice field and count on him setting an example of the work ethic that is necessary to become a great player.
