Coach’s Comment: Danny, affectionately known as ‘Dozer’ for his powerful presence on the line, dedicated his entire offseason to becoming a two-way starter heading into his junior year. Unfortunately, an injury sidelined him for the middle part of the season. However, he returned with an immediate impact in the last four weeks, contributing [mention a positive impact, like sacks, tackles for loss, or improved offensive line performance] and providing a burst of energy to both our offensive and defensive lines. This off-season, he has continued his dedicated training and has naturally stepped into more of a leadership role, mentoring younger players with his work ethic and positive attitude.
