Coach’s Comments: Brennen has shown himself to be a menace for opposing offenses at inside linebacker in our 3-4 base defense. He has shown the ability to play downhill against the inside run game, and he has the speed and athleticism to chase plays sideline-to-sideline. He was our leading tackler last year, and he also plays well in pass coverage. We look for Brennen to have another big year on defense. We would like to get him more involved on offense this season.
