Good question from Redwolf. As of now, Garnet Valley is in, could change the last week. Do they put #1 & #4 seed in the same bracket, and #2 & #3 in the other bracket? Talkin’ District one playoff here.

District 1 Bonus Points – the site says bonus points are awarded “… for every win that team has on its schedule before and after you defeat them.” Kyle Berger tweeted that the playoff game between St. Joe’s Prep and Roman could give North Penn bonus points. Is this true? Even though the SJP-Roman game is a playoff and not “on the schedule?”

At least in District One there is a nine-step procedure for breaking ties at final season standings. Too complex to write it all here, but step nine if it goes that far is a coin toss! The first tie breaker is winner if played head-to-head during the season. Then its won-loss-tie records of common opponents with points and it goes on and on. Its on the PIAA District One website.

What happens if two teams in the same district finish out the regular season, tied with the same amount of points. What happens with playoffs?
