I can understand complaints about professional ref’s, but officiating high school games is a thankless job. Are Bo and WDF PIAA certified football officials? I would bet that they aren’t, because if they were, they probably would have been out ref’ing a game Friday night.

This is one case where I believe that “if you aren’t part of the solution, you are part of the problem” hold true. Virtually every high school ref out there is calling the game to the best of his (or her) ability. Some ref’s are better than others, they all make mistakes.

Get over it. Stop complaining about a game your team won anyway.

The officiating was aweful. On one play, that was clearing going to be a touchdown, one of the refs said the pass hit the ground when it certainly did not. The other officals disagreed and called it a cathc. They replayed the down costing O’Hara an additional seven points. This is just one example. With fair officiating this is a 27 – 7 win for O’Hara. These officals clearly favored Roman Catholic, but even they could not prevent O’Hara’s victory.

After this game I hope someone will start talking O’Hara as a top team in the Philadelphia area this means you Philadelphia Daily News. After a weak begining of the schedule the Lions made a statement. This game also featured some of the worst refereeing that I have ever seen. At some point it almost seemed that O’Hara was playing Roman Catholic and the zebras.
