  1. Jerry says:

Magarity from LaSalle at QB played well 15-20
For 285 and 3 scores. #33 Wade had 131 receiving for 2 scores and 128 rushing plus game sealing TD run (56 yds) on critical 4 th down from their own 44 with 4 minutes to play.
Saw that Wade now has 22 TD s on year, very good player. Nazareth QB and receivers were excellent all day as well. Last note, Game was great as was atmosphere. Somebody needs to let Grey know that he needs to show class in wins and losses. He didn’t mind showing up Rover Nation at end of their win, in the loss to LS he didn’t shake hands

I hate to sound like a broken record but Central Dauphins Zayd Issah once again had a stellar performance to lead his team to a District 3 Championship. Issah had 111 yards receiving on 4 receptions and 2 TD catches along with 30 yds rushing. He also added 9 Tackles(7 solo) 2 sacks 1 FF and 1 FR from his Outside Linebacker spot. This kid is having a monster defensive year! I hope he gets the recognition he deserves when the All-State teams come out.

  3. James Loney says:

The set-up of many teams returning to their respective final fours. Clariton, West Catholic, Bishop McDevit, Allentown CC, Archbishop Wood, North Allegheny, LaSalle, and North Penn are all back!!!

  4. Ken says:

Also Pius X defensive game plan because I completely agree with you Brian, they held the trio of running backs in check basically all night until a couple long runs by Moore & Levan late in the game that allowed Fegley, Levan, & Moore to all go over 100 yards on the ground

  5. Ken says:

Brad Fegley of Southern Columbia without a doubt. He actually had 250 total yards (120 on the ground & 130 in the air) & had 4 total TDs. The kid hasn’t thrown an INT all season long and they’ve played 14 games! He also had a awesome defensive game. He seemed to be in on just about every tackle. He recovered a fumble when Pius X was driving and that lead to one of his 3 rushing touchdowns on the night & the hit he put on the one running back in the second half has me concerned that the kid is still seeing stars…Fegley has now proven that he is well-deserving of earning a spot on the All-State Team!

i would say Brad Fegley because he ran for over 120yds and 3 Td’s and threw 5-8 for 80 yds and a TD, with 0 ints. he had 3 rushing td’s coming into this game and doubled that. Early in the game, Pius was holding SCA’s running game in check and the only thing that seemed to gain big yards was the QB keeper. Defensively he played well too.
