Abel Hoff now is the Marple Newtown all-time receptions and yardage leader. He passed Mike Maiocco 1,624 and Matt Barr 1,629 yards. Abel has 1,676 yards and 131 catches.

Southern Lehigh’s triple threat

ETHAN PRICE set new SEASON receiving marks as he becomes
– just the second Spartan 1,000-yard receiver
Season: 40 Receptions, *1,041 yards, **13 TDs
*- old mark held by Jacob DelPriore set in 2013 (1,006 yards)
** – old mark held by Jake Meluskey set in 2011 (10)
Career:  69 receptions, 1,757 yards, 19 TDs
(He is tied with Jacob DelPriore for most career TDs, needs one to set the new mark)

BLAKE LEVENGOOD
Season:  86 for 138, 1,783 yards – 20TD – 6 INT
– He needs just 120 yards to break season mark for yards (Travis Edmond, 1,902, 2013)
– He needs 217 yards to become the schools first 2,000-yard passer
– He needs 5 TD pass to set season mark (Travis Edmond, 24, 2015)

TIM WALTER
– Rec. Career: 65 rec, 1,026yards, 13TD
– Rushing Career: 133 car, 961yards, 11TD
– needs just 39-yards rushing to become the first player to accumulate 1,000 rushing and receiving yards.

 

Wilkes-Barre Gar’s Anthony Maurent scored five touchdowns, five different ways last week in a win over Holy Redeemer. He scored on a fumble recovery, run, interception, pass reception and punt return.

 

Lampeter-Strasburg’s quarterback Collin Shank became the fourth quarterback in Lancaster/Lebanon League history to go over the 7,000-yards mark.

Shikellamy’s Sean Turber had three interception to help the Braves defeat Loyalsock 16-14 last weekend. In just six games this season (missed two games due to injury) he has nine interceptions and one fumble recovery on defense.
