Coaches comments: Carmen Barone is an absolute athletic phenom.  He is a two-way starter for us.  Carmen runs a 4.7 40, max benches 500lbs, reps 185 50+ times, deadlifts 600lbs, squats 600+, and power cleans 350+.  Carmen is a devastating football player that has become an absolute force. He is the most physically powerful young man I have worked with.  He was the number 5 rated DL at the Nike Opening Regional based on Sparq score.  He recently broke every record at a state powerlifting meet.  He holds offers from The Citadel, Sacred Heart, Monmouth, and Saint Francis.
