Berwick was lucky to make it out of first round of Districts they were dominated on both sides of the ball by an average Cretwood team. A few questionable penalties kept Berwick close and ended up pulling it out in the end. The score against Wood was actually not as bad as it could have been Wood had 2 td’s called back

Okidoki, I was pretty successful in picking all the winners last week, so I’m going for State Titles now. I believe North Catholic will throw and run their way to a close victory over Old Forge. North Catholic 28-Old Forge 17. In AA Imhotep is simply too much for any school at that level to compete with. They have too much team speed and will win 32-21 over South Fayette. AAA is the hard one to pick. I love both teams, but I believe Wood will control the clock for a close 24-21 win over McDevitt. That one could easily go the other way too. AAAA is gonna be fun to watch, but I’ve seen Prep play alot. I don’t believe its their year yet. They are actually a young team outside of their QB, but their young line isn’t quite enough to win up front. PCC wins 37-21. Just reverse Prep’s win over Neshaminy and you’ve got the final. In the end I hope the East sweeps it, but PCC will not let that happen.
