* Athletes and Parents will learn key exercises for improving neck strength in several activity stations.

* Each player will leave with measurements to compare before next Season!

* ESU Football Athletic Trainer Wendy Dietrich will share – What parents need to know.

* Coach Douds will provide – The coaches perspective
* Dr. Kevin Waninger, MD will discuss when its ok to return to play.
