2016 Outlook: Please let us know the keys about your team on offense, defense and special teams. What are your keys to having a successful year?

Offense: Keys to a successful season begin with staying healthy across the board at all positions. Team Chemistry will be crucial due the many talented players amongst the skill positions. The overall success depends on the common thought that the team is comprised of no individuals putting personal statistics before that of winning as many games as possible. Leadership at the QB position is vital. The offense goes as the leader goes.

Defense: Defensively we must play as an 11 makes up 1 unit philosophy and each individual has a job in the grand scheme of the defense.

Special Team: Special teams is very simple just don’t hurt the offense or defense in field position.
