2016 Outlook: Please let us know the keys about your team on offense, defense and special teams. What are your keys to having a successful year?

Offense: Offensive line will need to establish as a cohesive unit. Offensive team speed will be the focal point of the offense. Multiple players will touch the ball at any time along with the ability to run a bigger back to power run the football. Pass game developing with multiple receivers. Five quarterbacks working within multiple packages.

Defense: Looking for best 11 that will pursuit to the football. Key is to find our best 11 defensive players along with a solid rotation for defensive line.

Special Team: Key is consistent kicking.
