Team Name: Bensalem Owls

2014 Record: 0-11

2015 Team Schedule

Offensive Starters Returning: (3) Sr., QB, Kenny O’Connell, 6′, 160 lbs; Sr., RB, Matt Haftner, 5’8, 180 lbs; Sr., RB,Tom Peglar, 5’9, 175

Defensive Starters Returning: (1) Jr., LB, Dante Duncan-Murphy, 6′ , 190 lbs

Key Newcomers: So, OL, Vince Citrino, 6’5″, 260 lbs; Jr, OL/DL, Blake Morgan, 6’4″, 235 lbs

Key Stats: This is my 1st season and we currently have a 19 game loosing streak…so I choose not to look at anything from last year.

2015 Outlook: The whole off-season and season will be about establishing an identity. We started in the weight room and it will continue to grow by holding expectations high. Do to a lack of Juniors and Seniors we will have a lot of Sophomores playing varsity right away.

However, between the Sophomores and having a Freshmen team for the 1st time in a few years we are excited about the future of Bensalem Football.

Offense: We need to win time of possession if we have any chance of shocking someone.

Defense: We will be smaller than everyone we see some we have to use our speed to our advantage.

Special Team: We have to find a way to generate points and we will have to be very good on all Special Teams.
