Q. What kind of leader is he?

A. He’s definitely a leader. He has the whole package. He is a good student and leads by example on and off the field.

 

Q. What are his strengths as an offensive lineman?

A. He is a step ahead of everyone. He’s the coach on the field, that’s him. He has a lot of power and even when he’s doing basic types of movement, he has a lot of power. He is a fantastic run blocker and he has really quick feet and is a good pass blocker.

 

Q. How is he on defense? What are his strengths?

A. He is very stingy against the run. He had seven sacks last year. It’s hard to run to his side.
