Central York hires new head football coach

Central York school board Monday night unanimously approved Josh Oswalt as its new head football coach. He replaces Brad Livingston who was let go three months ago. Livingston coached 34 seasons as a head coach and compiled a career record of 211-153-4.
Oswalt coached six seasons at Carlisle and had a record of 19-44.
