2025 Offensive Outlook: We need to create more explosive plays. Our defense bailed us out way too much in 24. Our offense has to stick to what works and put together sustainable drives and score on big plays. Our starting Quarterback Collin Wood is going to miss the entire season due to shoulder surgery. This will be a setback for us in many ways but we trust in Senior Mason Prokay to get the job done. A huge part of that setback is that we will now lose Prokay as a receiver.

We look for guys to step up and fill in the roles necessary in skill positions. Up front we are excited about what we have returning and the freshman class that are ready for varsity football. We will have to break tackles and finish explosive plays across the goal line.

2025 Defensive Outlook: We are blessed to have DC Christian Day back after he tested the college coaching world and former DC Jude Unitis took a job in New York. Coach Day will have our kids playing fast and confident. Something that he started his first year before Coach Unitis took over. Our defense has been growing and strengthening ever since day 1 and we are excited about the guys we have coming back and how they will fit our schemes. We will have to stop the run game, pressure QB’s, tackle very well and create takeaways.

2025 Special Teams Outlook: We’ve focused on special teams earlier than we have the past 2 years. We believe we have the kids necessary to be successful on every special team. New kicker Dalton O’Donnell has kicked the ball very well during offseason workouts and look forward to him progressing.

2025 Offensive Outlook: We will have to basically replace our entire offensive unit. We lost our 3 year starter at quarterback (Ben Kreitzer), our leading rusher (Sam Walborn), and our leading receiver (Noah Dolbin). Colt Mason will be our new quarterback and is the only returning skill player who saw any significant varsity action last season. George Shimko is our only returning starter on the offensive line. We will rely heavily on our underclassman to step up and play a major role in our offensive scheme.

2025 Defensive Outlook: Due to some injuries down the stretch last year, we were able to get a lot underclassmen reps. George Shimko returns as a starter on the defensive line and will play a pivotal role in our success. Connor Palerino, Aidan Becker, and Connor Felty saw a significant amount of varsity action at linebacker as did Jacob Williams, Evan Ritter, and Colt Mason in the defensive backfield. We have some talented underclassman who will fill the remaining starting spots on defense.

2025 Special Teams Outlook: We lost our kicker (Michael Stank) and our Punter (Noah Dolbin). Aaron Sinko has been working hard in the off season and will do a great job filing those spots. Colt Mason returns as out long snapper.

2025 Offensive Outlook: We have a new offense led by Offensive Coordinator Greg Isdaner. We some key new additions on the OL and Backfield added to some elite returning skill we hope to be able to run the ball better when it matters. We know we can throw it, but we will have a heavy focus on our ability to run the football.

2025 Offensive Outlook: Everything runs through Dante (Carr). Our zone read, option, and spread pass game all runs through him and his athletic ability. We had to replace 3 starters on the offensive line which is a huge task; if the new line gets it together quickly, they have a chance to be very good. We have a bunch of athletic, tough kids fighting for spots. Dube, LaPoint, Atkinson, Derenzo, Allan, Eckert, Cutler all will look to make big plays on the ground or in the air. We have a bunch of weapons, with LaPoint leading the way.

2025 Defensive Outlook: We need to replace some key members of our defense, who started for 3/4 years for us. We have a completely new secondary, and two new linebackers. We are looking to get as many of our athletes on the field, which means we will be running kids in and out. A lot of kids will get a lot of playing time this year. We will look to continue to build on our effort and pursuit from last year. We must get pressure on the quarterback and show the run game to be successful.

2025 Special Teams Outlook: LaPoint returns as the most dangerous special teams returner in the area. We will look to get the ball in his hands, and let him make huge plays for us like he has been doing his whole career. Jordan Bowers returns as our kicker and punter, one of the best legs we have had in a long time. Look for him to hit field goals of 50+ this season and punts of 60+

2025 Offensive Outlook: A more diverse offensive style, utilizing multiple formations, will open up the playbook and allow us to maximize the talents of all our athletes. The offense will be led by quarterbacks Grady Bonin and Mason Barnett. In the backfield, ball carriers Gabe Johnson and Jaxon Tyree will handle the rushing duties. The receiving corps will be spearheaded by Owin Gilbert, Landon Geidel, Tristan Wenrich, and Cash Keck. Up front, the offensive line will be anchored by senior leaders Ty Whitmer, Jorge Castillo, and Gage Hess.

2025 Defensive Outlook: Defensively, a new attacking style featuring multiple fronts will allow players like Johnson, Gilbert, and junior Gavin Bucek to play aggressively downhill. Up front, the defensive line will include Castillo and Whitmer, along with sophomore Mason Stump. The secondary will be anchored by Geidel, Tyree, and junior Jackson Lininger. Keep an eye on newcomers Gavin Macke and Jake Brennan, who are expected to see significant playing time on this side of the ball.

2025 Special Teams Outlook: There’s some work to do in this area as we look to replace both our kicker and punter from last season. Gabe Johnson is the leading candidate to take over punting duties, while sophomore Michael Hellmold has been impressive in the kicking game. Return specialist Tristan Wenrich will bring excitement and big-play potential to the return game.
