2016 Outlook: Please let us know the keys about your team on offense, defense and special teams. What are your keys to having a successful year?

Offense: We need the offensive line to come together early. We have to replace three lineman from last year. We are going to be young at the receiver position, but they are talented.

Defense: Our defense will be strong this year on the line and in the secondary. At linebacker Vinny Salomone and Matt Geiger are key in the middle of our defense.

Special Team: We have our kicker and punter back and have plenty of guys to do returns like Qualik Davis and Tnyis Becker and some of those other guys.
