District 3

Bishop McDevitt over West York, 21-10

Quarterback Alec Werner passed for 275 yards on 21 of 31 completions and two touchdowns. Brian Lemelle caught 10 passes for 97 yards and Kobay White had 71 yards. Rashad Lawson rushed for 95 yards and Andre Robinson added 50. Brock Snellbaker led West York with 87 yards rushing. Up next for McDevitt is Cathedral Prep out of District 10.

District 4-11

Allentown Central Catholic over Selinsgrove, 41-13

After a close first quarter, the Vikings out scored the Seals, 35-0. Running back Colin McDermott rushed for 379 yards and five touchdowns. The Vikings’ defense has allowed 4.7 points per game in four playoff games. Up next is the defending 3A state champions, Archbishop Wood.

 

District 1-12

Archbishop Wood over Interboro, 35-7

Wood’s running back Andrew Guckin rushed for 128 yards and four touchdowns. Wood’s defense forced four sacks, two turnovers and allowed one touchdown late in the game. Freshman quarterback Tom Garlick threw for 147 yards. Up next is District 11 Champions, Allentown Central Catholic.

   @DJ, because district 10 is not in the East. D3 McDevitt plays on the left side of the bracket in the playoffs, but D3 is in the East. That’s a guess, but it would make sense considering the name of the website.
