Milestones of the week (Sept. 1st – 4th)

Frankford’s Esky Lopez caught 7 passes for 206 yards against Perkiomen Valley setting a new school record. The previous record of 175 was held by Savoy Martin in 2011 vs. Hatboro-Horsham

 

Bensalem snapped a 29-game losing streak, defeating William Tennent 23-17. The last time they won was September 21st, 2013.

 

Newport’s Noah Heimbaugh 344 yards passing (vs Tri Valley) breaks Todd Shipp’s record in of 319 yards in a single game. (vs Delone Catholic 1999).

Noah Heimbaugh’s 5 TD passes ties his own single game record (2015 vs Juniata). And broke the record held by:
Ken Anderson, 1975 vs East Juniata (4 TD passes)
Matt Dudley, 1990 vs East Juniata (4 TD passes)
Todd Shipp, 1998 vs Millersburg (4 TD passes)
John Craig, 2010 vs Williams Valley (4TD passes)

 

That’s 20 straight wins for Haverford School who defeated Delaware Valley Charter 43-6. They last lost to West Catholic on August 30th, 2014.
