District 11 has two new head coaches

Bethlehem Liberty and Bangor both named their new head coaches this week. John Truby was named head football coach at Liberty and Donnie Hawk was named Bangor head football coach.

Hawk takes over for Frank Scagliotta who resigned after the 2012 season. Bangor finished the season with an 7-4 record. Hawk was an assistant coach at Pen Argyl.

Truby replaces Dave Brown after three years as head coach at Liberty. Truby comes over from Dieruff high school where he was the offensive line coach.  He takes over a team that finished with an 3-7 record.
